Paper Moon

A Single Built on Restraint
Paper Moon started as a two-chord sketch and stayed that way on purpose. The guitar part is deliberately minimal — a handful of voicings repeated and reshaped across the track's four minutes, leaving space for the vocal to carry the melody.
Arrangement Notes
Session guitar and additional arrangement by Alex Rivera, tracked in a single afternoon with a single mic and a single amp. No layering, no doubling — one take per section.
The Result
The restraint is the point: a single that trusts silence as much as sound.

A minimalist single built on a two-chord sketch, with restrained guitar work recorded in one take that leaves room for the vocal to lead.
